Healthy Lifestyle




Nowadays, I have been obsessed with cold-pressed juice that is happening here. At first, I think this is some kind of trend, but then I think that healthy lifestyle is what someone required. I heard some stories from my friend about some diseases someone could get suddenly, in addition some of my close family, friends, colleagues (people around me) got sick suddenly because they simply did not pay attention to what they ate and their lifestyle. After that, I decided to get used to drink juice everyday (since I hate eating veggies, I think smoothies and juice are the best alternatives).  I also make my self drink honey (1 tbs) and lemon (1/2 size) EVERY MORNING. This, can take care of your body, be an energy booster, and in addition can make your skin looks brighter (I still don't realize the difference before and after I did this since I always see my face every single hour :p)


So, those 3 pictures are some of recipes I get from many sources (internet, instagram, friends) I can share. There are absolutely still many recipes about to come. And I have signed my self to a gym
member, I just wish I can spend my time for that, and I wish my job won't hinder.
